Ordering & Account

  • No. Browsing the catalog and COAs is open to anyone. An account is only required to check out · registration verifies you are 21+ and confirms research-use-only terms.
  • Research peptides are restricted-use chemicals. The 21+ requirement is a baseline gate consistent with how the broader research-chemical industry operates in the US.
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT) and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
  • On-chain payments are pseudonymous, not anonymous. We see the transaction hash, the amount, and the originating address · nothing else about your wallet.
  • No minimum. You can order a single vial.
  • Until the lot reference is generated (within a few hours of payment confirmation), yes · email orders@chronopeptide.com. After that the order is locked into the cold-chain queue.
  • You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment the carrier picks up the cold-chain box. The link works for both UPS and FedEx, depending on the destination.

Privacy & Account

  • See our Privacy Policy. We collect what we need to fulfill orders and meet US tax record-retention rules · no more. We never sell or rent customer data.
  • Yes. Your account dashboard has a delete option. Order history is retained per US tax law; personal identifiers can be redacted on request.
  • Click "Forgot password" on the login page. You'll get a one-time reset link by email.

Returns & Support

  • Cold-chain peptides cannot be re-introduced into inventory once they have left our facility, so all sales are final on shipment. We will replace any product that fails an independent identity/purity re-test against the advertised COA, or that arrives damaged.
  • Email orders@chronopeptide.com with the order number, lot number, and supporting documentation within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go back to the original payment method (crypto refunds return to the originating wallet).
  • orders@chronopeptide.com for shipping and order questions, security@chronopeptide.com for account/security issues, legal@chronopeptide.com for terms and compliance.

Shipping & Handling

  • US laboratory and research addresses only. We do not currently ship internationally.
  • Cold-chain shipments leave within 48 hours of payment verification. Most US destinations arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Remote addresses may take a day longer.
  • Yes. Insulated box with phase-change cooling for any product whose stability profile requires it. The outer carton is unbranded.
  • Photograph the parcel before opening, note any damage on the carrier's manifest, and email orders@chronopeptide.com within 48 hours of delivery. We file the insurance claim and ship a replacement at no charge.
  • Yes. No branding, no product description on the outer box. Just a shipping label and a lot reference card inside.

Storage & Handling

  • Unreconstituted lyophilized powder: at or below −20 °C, protected from light. Reconstituted vial: 2 to 8 °C, used within the timeframe noted on the product page.
  • Typically 24 months from the manufacture date when stored at or below −20 °C. The exact expiry is printed on the vial and on the COA.
  • BAC water is the standard reconstitution solvent for most research peptides. We stock it in the catalog · quantity depends on your peptide concentration and target volume.
  • Lyophilization removes water from the peptide, dramatically extending its stability and shelf life. The powder reconstitutes cleanly with the appropriate solvent.

Testing & Quality

  • Every product is sold for in-vitro laboratory and analytical research purposes. Nothing on this site is intended for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, or any clinical or therapeutic use.
  • Janoshik Analytical and other independent third-party labs we have used for years. Their reports are uploaded verbatim · we do not edit, summarize, or "interpret" them.
  • HPLC purity assay, mass-spectrometry identity confirmation (ESI-MS), water content (Karl Fischer), and endotoxin (LAL) where applicable. Appearance and mass balance are also reported.
  • COAs are tied to a specific lot. The tested date and lot number are visible on the certificate and the product page. We never re-use an old COA against a newer batch.
  • It does not get re-listed under a different label or blended into the next batch. It is pulled, disposed of, and the COA failure is logged internally.
  • We add a peptide only when we have a reliable synthesis partner, a willing third-party lab, and demand from researchers we trust. We keep the catalog deliberately small · fewer SKUs, tighter QC.
