Cold-chain peptides cannot be re-introduced into inventory once they have left our facility, so all sales are final on shipment. We will replace any product that fails an independent identity/purity re-test against the advertised COA, or that arrives damaged.

COAs are tied to a specific lot. The tested date and lot number are visible on the certificate and the product page. We never re-use an old COA against a newer batch.

It does not get re-listed under a different label or blended into the next batch. It is pulled, disposed of, and the COA failure is logged internally.
