Where we ship
United States only at launch. International shipping is not currently supported.
How we ship
- Cold-chain shipments leave our facility within 48 hours of payment verification.
- All vials ship in insulated, temperature-stable packaging with gel packs.
- Each order includes a lot reference card identifying the batch and COA.
- Discreet exterior: no branding on the outer box.

Returns
Due to the controlled-temperature, lot-specific nature of research peptides, all sales are final once a cold-chain shipment is dispatched.
If a lot you received fails an independent third-party retest for identity or purity, we will replace the product at our cost · contact support@chronopeptide.com with the lot reference card and a copy of the failed COA.
Damaged or missing shipments
Photograph any damage at delivery and contact support within 7 calendar days. We coordinate replacement and carrier claim ourselves.
