1. What we collect

When you create a research account we store your name, email, optional institution name, hashed password, registration IP, and the timestamp of your 21+ / research-use-only confirmation. We retain order history, shipping addresses, and payment metadata to fulfill orders and meet applicable US tax-record-retention requirements.

2. What we don't collect

We do not collect health, biometric, or research-purpose data. Payment card numbers never touch our servers · all payments are handled by external PCI-compliant gateways.

3. Cookies

We set a session cookie required for the cart and authentication. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent customer data. We share order information with shipping carriers strictly for delivery, and with our payment gateway solely to confirm payment.

5. Your rights

You may delete your account from your account dashboard. Order history retained for tax-record purposes is anonymized after deletion.
