How we test
HPLC purity assay
Reverse-phase HPLC quantifies purity to ≥98% on every lot. Chromatograms and peak integration tables are attached to the COA.
Mass spectrometry confirmation
ESI-MS or MALDI-TOF confirms the peptide identity against expected molecular weight before any lot is released.
Endotoxin and water content
LAL endotoxin and Karl Fischer water content are run on lots intended for solution preparation.
